We are Mario & Lorinda Pienaar who founded but also actively leading the Ritsel Homes, a Home Buyers NJ business on a day-to-day basis. Of course, we’re not alone and have an excellent team around us that includes our support staff, excellent closing attorney, contractors, and other real estate professionals.

2. What do you do?

Ritsel Homes is a Real Estate Solutions Company.

    6. How are you different from a real estate agent?

    An agent does not actually buy your house. Agents market your house on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) looking for a buyer that might be interested. As compensation, they normally charge you between 4% and 6% or sales price as a commission. Listing your house in New Jersey with an agent also means that you’ll pay closing costs, title fees, and have to go through the process of people visiting your house on multiple occasions while the house is on the market (which can be a long time…).

      8. How does it work?

      Simply tell us a bit about your house. With this information we will do a market analysis on your house that will be used to present you with a cash offer, but also alternative options to put you in control.       🏠 Buying, Holding & Selling Costs: While we do not have to pay Real Estate Agent Commission buying the house from you, we will be responsible for the initial closing cost, the cost of holding a property (taxes and other basic utilities) during the redevelopment and then once it’s fix, we on the other hand have to use an agent to sell that house again. This is usually 10% all together of the After Repair Value

      🏠 Profit: Yes, this IS a business after all, and we wouldn’t be able to stay in business, buy more houses, pay contractors, etc., if we didn’t make some sort of profit. However, we keep this to an absolute minimum so we can present you with the highest possible offer.
