Lorinda is an Occupational Therapist who dedicated her professional career to help people adjusting their lives back home after a period of illness. Combining her passion for people with her skills of turning a house into a functional home, Lorinda became an eXp Real Estate Agent with a big heart to help other people. While it’s done with passion and professionalism, listings and selling properties only forms part of the shared journey she walks with our clients while shaping their unique REAL estate SOLUTION.

Maricon graduated with a degree in Sociology and currently have over 10 years’ experience connecting with people at various levels. Core to our business is not just the deals we close but the connections we create while doing it. As marketing and acquisition specialist, Maricon is often the introduction voice to Ritsel Homes. It’s her passion to understand each situation and help formulate the best solution to put forward.

Our Story

The founder and investor of Ritsel Homes, Lorinda, and Mario Pienaar.

Having grown up in a rural part of Namibia on the southern tip of Africa, founder and managing member Mario Pienaar qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) in the early 2000’s while starting and growing various businesses on the sideline. His professional career took him to London in the United Kingdom where he continues to work as finance professional, setting his sights on exploring the world and building wealth through real estate investing. 

Having met his wife Lorinda, another South African in the middle of London, Mario & Lorinda started to acquire properties in early 2006. That trend continued since moving to the USA in 2015, but now fully focused on the US market. 

The single-family home remains close to heart for both Mario & Lorinda, but they also expanded into the Commercial Real Estate (retail, multi-family, light commercial, etc.) and recently started to incorporate Real Estate Notes into their business.

While operating as an independent business, Mario is part of a national group of investors that buy both single and multifamily homes as long-term investments. He also focusses on residential redevelopment projects, wholesaling and above all; solving challenges rooted in the desire to Improve NJ Neighborhoods and Lives, One Home at a Time!
